All homes, even those that are cleaned on a regular basis, can benefit from a good deep cleaning – and this is especially true is your home is up for sale. URBAN URBANE offers top-notch deep cleaning services for occupied or vacant homes, condos, and apartments. 

 

Deep cleaning services generally Include:

 

• High dusting ceilings, fans, and vents

• Dusting belongings, picture frames, lamp shades, and blinds

• Vacuuming the sofa and chairs

• Wet wiping doors, sills, baseboards, cabinet exteriors, appliances, fan blades, light switch plates, and air vents

• Cleaning the kitchens and bathrooms

• Cleaning mirrors and glass doors

• Vacuuming and mopping

 

A deep cleaning for an occupied home usually does not include cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets. Cleaning inside the oven and refrigerator, removing light globes and fixtures, cleaning ashes from the fireplace, and other tasks can all be done upon request.

The Small Print

Services that are normally done with a standard maid service, such as picking up clothes and belongings, doing dishes in the sink, folding laundry, and making beds are typically not performed during a deep cleaning service.

 

Window cleaning and carpet cleaning services can be done more efficiently and affordably by companies that specialized in those services.

 

Some service limits apply. Most cleaning supplies provided at no additional cost to you. 

 

It is standard industry practice to charge deep cleaning services by the hour. For occupied homes and apartments, my rate is only $40 / hour. This is the cheapest rate you are likely to find, but as I am a solo cleaner, it naturally takes me longer to complete the cleaning process than a service that provides two or more cleaners could do, but at a much higher rate. 

 

For vacant homes and rental properties, the rate is either hourly or by quote only.
